Portfolio of past work
A few examples of some past work. This selection includes work done for clients, work done at previous employers, and personal projects. My resume is also available. Have a project you need some help with? Get in touch!
DoomDollies

DoomDollies are handmade rag dolls with a spooky twist. This one-page site was made for a friend to showcase her doll projects. It was first created in 2004 and has had a couple minor updates since.
The front-end is valid XHTML and CSS, with the jQuery framework used for unobtrusive JavaScript. The backend is light PHP.
See the live site at DoomDollies.com.
Hextractor

Hextractor is a web-based tool that generates an HTML color palette from your stylesheets. You can input CSS by copy/paste, file upload, or URL, and it can extract and display your choice of hexadecimal, RGB, and/or named colors.
The front-end is valid XHTML and CSS, with Ajax and JavaScript effects powered by jQuery. The backend is PHP. The code used to convert colors between the three color formats has been released free under the MIT license, and also been ported to Ruby and Python.
Hextractor is a personal project. Try it out at Hextractor.com.
Veeker

In 2007 I was employed as a full-time system administrator at Veeker. I didn’t have a part in developing or designing the public-facing Veeker web application, but I built a staging environment for the development team and managed both that and the production systems, as well as creating automated build and deployment tools for both environments.
Corvid Labs
Be sure to take a look over some smaller projects and things I'm working on over at Corvid Labs.
